Semar started activities in the 90s as producer of electronic detection, measurement and control instruments for various analytical use. Semar activity was mainly concentrated to the development of prototypes and in the production of instruments for major Italian companies. Thanks to the experience acquired, especially in the areas of micropneumatics, microfluidics, optics and mechanics, Semar began to design and produce two lines of proprietary instruments for the laboratory market. Today, Semar manufactures and markets two product lines, distinguished by high reliability and ease of use: photometers for clinical chemistry and cell counter Semar also provides technical assistance and support for domestic and international customers.
